| Today's News-Herald, Lake Havasu City, AZ - Posted on Sunday, February 11, 2018 - William E. Rogers Jr., 97, of Lake Havasu City passed away on Friday, Jan. 19, 2018. He was born Aug. 20, 1927 in Lincoln, Nebraska, the son of William and Corrine Rogers. After he graduated from Notre Dame High School in San Jose, California, he joined the U.S. Air Force. William served six years before travelling all over the world with his family, working for the U.S. Department of Transportation. He happily retired in 1981 to Lake Havasu City. William was preceded in death by his wife Jewel Rogers; parents William and Corinne Rogers; children Mark David Rogers and William E. Rogers III; and his siblings Judy Rogers Whiteman and Gerald Rogers. A Rosary will take place at 10:30 a.m. and Mass at 11 a.m. Monday, Feb. 12h at Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church.
