| The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Wednesday, February 7, 2018, page 8a Guy W. Knight, 52, born Nov. 6, 1965, in Riverside, California, to Jim W. Knight, Jr. and Carol Stewart, died Jan. 22, 2018, in Chino Valley. Guy was born at March AFB in Riverside, grew up in San Bernardino, California, and graduated from San Gorgonia High School in 1984. He moved to Prescott Valley in 2000 and worked for McWhite’s Moving & Storage, Stepping Stones and began a landscaping business. In 2017, Guy moved to Chino Valley to begin his landscaping business and also worked for SP Septic Service. Guy was an active member of The Sons of The American Legion, Post 40, Chino Valley. He was also a proud member of the Legions Color Guard. Guy was loved by all he met. He was always smiling and truly loved people, which drew them to him. The American Legion was his home away from home where he was very active serving vets. He loved playing pool with his many friends. Guy is dearly missed by family, loved ones and friends. He is survived by his father, Jim Knight, and step-mother, Debbie Sivertsen; his mother, Carol Stewart; brother, Jim, and wife, Debbie; as well as 10 aunts and uncles; 15 cousins; and two nephews. A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, Feb. 11, 2018, at 1:30 p.m. at the American Legion, Post 40, 650 E. Road 3 South in Chino Valley, followed by a pool tournament in Guy’s honor.
