| Today's News-Herald, Lake Havasu City, AZ - Posted on Friday, March 20, 2015 - Eugene Gene Kilian age 78 passed away in Las Vegas, Nev., March 9, 2015. Eugene Kilian was born Nov. 15, 1936 to Eugene and Irene Kilian in Los Angeles, Calif. He was a Veteran of the U.S. Army. Gene was a longtime resident of Lake Havasu City, moving to Havasu after he retired from being employed as a machinery mover for Coast Machinery Moving Co. for most of his life. Gene lived a wonderful laid-back life, boating, riding his motorcycle and hanging with his dog Suzy; and lived it, without a doubt, on his own terms, being stubborn and pissing everyone off because of those terms, was something he was always proud of and would joke about; but he was also a good friend to many people. He is survived by his children, Janie Feigler of Las Vegas, Nev. and Todd Kilian of Rialto, Calif.; five grandchildren, Trevor Kilian, Lauren Feigler, Cody Kilian, Joel Feigler and Emily Feigler and his beloved dog Suzy. He was the best dad and grandpa anyone could ever ask for and we will miss him terribly forever...we love you Dad. A memorial barbecue - potluck will take place March 21 at 1 p.m., Yorba Park, (shelter #3), 7600 E. La Palma, Anaheim, Calif., 92807. |
