| Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home - Lake Havasu City, AZ - Darlene Faye (Pettigrew) Lorscheider, passed away at the age of 90 on April 12, 2016 in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. She was born on December 4, 1925 in Council Bluffs, Iowa to Harve and Faye Pettigrew. Darlene graduated High School in Raulins, Wyoming in 1944; she met and married John Lorscheider in 1977. Darlene owned Verdugo Florist in Glendale, California for many years. She was a member of Eastern Star for 50 years, Soroptimists, and Floral Association of CA. She moved to Lake Havasu City from Glendale, CA in 1979 and spent summers in Wyoming at her cabin for 35 years. Darlene is survived by her brother Mike Pettigrew of Chico, CA; sister Donna Smith of Rawlins, WY; nephew Butch Pettigrew of Fort Garland, CO; nieces Maryanne Ricketts of Omaha, NE and Linda Perry of Lake Havasu City, AZ. She is also survived by many other loving nieces and nephews. Darlene is preceded in death by her husband John Lorschieder, her parents, brothers John, Emery, Eugene, Leo and Jim, and her sister Shirley. Services will be held on Saturday April 16, 2016 at Lietz-Fraze Chapel at 10:00 AM. Burial will be on Monday April 18, 2018 at Lake Havasu Memorial Gardens at 9:00 AM. Family members will be officiating. Services were placed in the care of Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home.
