Rita Mae Brean, 85, of Lake Havasu City, passed away peacefully at
home on Feb. 14, 2018.

Rita was born Aug. 4, 1932 in Akron, Ohio to John and Mary Head. After

family and activities on her computer. She took occasional gambling
trips where she played the slot machines and always came home a
winner. She loved growing African violets and tending to her rose
garden. She was even successful at growing her roses in Havasu! Most
of all, Rita enjoyed her six grandchildren and five great-
grandchildren.

She belonged to the Elks, the Eagles, and was president of the Women’s
Auxiliary for Pop Warner Football.

Rita was preceded in death by her parents, John and Mary Head, and her
sister, Betty Blanar.

(Sherry) Brean and John (Tamra) Brean; daughter Deborah Conroy;
grandchildren Jen (Jason), Bryan (Averil), Kristin (Mike), Robert
(Amanda), Jessica (Ryan) and Jeremy; and great-grandchildren Madison,
