Olive V. Haisley

Olive V. Haisley, 76, died at Yavapai Community Hospital Saturday,
Nov. 6, 1971. She resided at 319 W. Leroux.

Born in Prescott, Jan. 15, 1895, she had lived in Prescott most of
her life and was a physical therapist by occupation, having received
her training in the New Haven School of Physiotherapy in
Connecticut.

Miss Haisley attended Prescott High School were she was captain of
the basketball team and was graduated in 1914.

She was a life member of the Arizona Physiotherapy Association and
had worked at St. Vincent's Hospital in Cleveland, Ohio; St. Luke's
Hospital in Denver, Colo.; Orthopedic Hospital in Los Angeles; in
Jerome and in the Deaconess Hospital in Great Falls, Mont.

She worked with doctors in San Antonio, Texas, Phoenix and Yuma and
for Dr. H. T. Southworth, Sr. and Clarence and Florence Yount, all
of Prescott.

The fourteen years before her retirement she was associated with Dr.
Evarts Loomis of the Friendly Hills Fellowship of Hemet, Calif. and
was a volunteer worker with the Handicap Center in Prescott.

She is survived by one nephew, John O. Paull of Montibello, Calif.
and several cousins.

Funeral services will be graveside only at Mountain View Cemetery
Tuesday, Nov. 9, 1971 at 3 p.m.
