| The Prescott Courier, Prescott, Arizona Tuesday, March 8, 1988, page 3b Robert and Maxine Moore Robert James and Maxine Monasmith Moore, both of Prescott, died March 5. Mrs. Monasmith Moore was born April 11, 1919, to John and Ruby (Wilson) Hegwood in Cove, Ark. In 1924 she move to Bolada, later known as Goodwin, Ariz. In 1932 she moved to Prescott. Mrs. Monasmith Moore helped establish, in 1964, and was office manager for Monasmith Mobile Oil Distributor. She was active in Smoki and was a Past Head Chieftess in 1970 to 1971. Mr. Moore was born Nov. 30, 1930, to Howard and Theresa L. (Morin) Moore in Brooklyn, N.Y., and moved to Prescott in 1983. He was a sales representative for R. J. Supplies. He served in the U.S. Navy in World War II. Mrs. Monasmith Moore's survivors include sons, Wayne and Bob, of Prescott; mother, Ruby Woodell, Chino Valley; sister, Mrs. Gilbert (Hazel) Sigferson, Chino Valley, five grandchildren and four great- grandchildren. Mr. Moore's survivors include a son, Gary, Phoenix; a daughter, Mrs. Marvin (Melissa) Williams, Phoenix; mother, Theresa, Phoenix; sister, Geraldine, and one grandson. Services will be at 11 a.m., Thursday, March 10, at Arizona Wakelin Funeral Home, 303 S. Cortez, Prescott, with Mr. Rick Goswick officiating. Visitation will be from 3 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, March 9, at the funeral home. Interment will be at Mountain View Cemetery. Arrangements were made by Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home.
