Joe L. Apolinar, 81, born April 5, 1936, in Prescott, Arizona, died
March 2, 2018, in Chino Valley, Arizona.

Joe (Jose) Louis Apolinar Jr., was born on April 5, 1936, and he
died peacefully in the home of his son, Andy, in Chino Valley on
March 2, 2018, at the age of 81. Joe was the eldest remaining
Apolinar of 18 children born to Jose Luiz Apolinar Sr. and Lucia
Garcia Apolinar.

Joe was a true Arizona native, born on Madison Street in Prescott.
He lived his entire life in the State of Arizona.

Joe is survived by 7 brothers, 3 sisters, 4 children (Andy & Ronda
Apolinar, Jodi & JoePaul Moody, Miles & Debbie Swain and Nena
Murphy), 15 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

A Celebration of Life will held on March 24, 2018, at 11 a.m.,
located at Watson Lake. A private family internment will be held at
a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be
made in his honor to The Hillside Stampede Gymkhana Club, P.O. Box
1546, Bagdad, AZ, 86321.

His children would like to offer their sincerest appreciation and
thankfulness to Family Hospice Care for their professionalism and
compassionate assistance during this very difficult time.
