She was born March 30, 1920 in Clarkdale, the daughter of Francisco Castillo Sanchez and Josepha (Duarte) Barboa. She was a graduate of Clarkdale High School. Her hobbies include gardening and traveling. She leaves a son Henry and his wife Mary Sanchez of Flagstaff; two brothers, Antonio Sanchez of Salt Lake City, Ut. and Jesus Sanchez of San Miguel, Ariz.; four sisters, Sister Cecelia of El Paso, Tx., Dolores Sanchez and Jovita, husband Arthur Moncibaez, both of Clarkdale, and Alice Aspeitia of Cottonwood; two grandchildren, Matthew H. Sanchez, Gregory C. Sanchez, both of Flagstaff; two great-grandchildren, Christopher Allen Sanchez and Anthony Michael Sanchez, both of Flagstaff. A Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, August 5 in St. Cecilia's Mission Catholic Church at 10 a.m. Burial will be in Valley View Cemetery.
