Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, March 14, 2018, at 11 a.m., 
Living Faith Church, 7225 N. Coyote Springs in Prescott Valley, 
Arizona; a graveside service will follow at 1 p.m., Mt. View Cemetery, 
Prescott, Arizona. 

Affordable Burial & Cremation, LLC of Prescott Valley, Arizona, handled 
all arrangements.
