Our beloved Cody set sail on Dec. 20.

He is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Charlie and
Helen Otterson and his maternal grandparents, John and Alice Sabala.
He is survived by his father and mother, Chuck and Vicki Otterson, son
Siven Otterson, sister Jasmine Donovan with her children Marley and
Sidney as well as her significant other Nathaniel Fraley, who was also
Cody’s best friend since eighth grade.

Cody is also survived by Chelsea Mieszala, her husband Ryan and their
soon-to-be child Dylan. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and many
cousins, the Farkel family making up the bulk of them.

Cody’s Basque heritage made him proud, tough and stubborn.

He worked in every phase of construction in Phoenix and in Lake Havasu
City. He prided himself as a steel stud framer in Phoenix and in Lake
Havasu City, he worked as a residential framer.

Cody took pride in his craft and worked hard, had a big heart and a
mean right hook. He touched everyone he met in one way or another. He
had a dedicated soul to human nature and appreciated the good in every
soul of every kind of human from every walk of life.

Set your course Cody, and keep the wind in your sails. You will be
missed.

Cody’s Celebration of Life is at: Shugrue’s, 1425 N. McCulloch Blvd.,
on Dec. 31, 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Food and drinks will be provided.

Let us celebrate Cody’s life and remember the good times and the good
man that he was.
