Cynthia Rose Stafford passed away Dec. 12, 2017 with most of her
family present at her home in Lake Havasu City. Her loving family
included her husband Charles, and their son Charles and his family
including his wife Sheila and grandson Kai. Also present was their
daughter Tifany Guy and grandchildren Sami Guy and Sterling Guy
Stafford.
Cynthia’s main interests were in art. Some pieces of her work were
exhibited in the City Museum for a time. She made many friends with
the same interest. Some of them held a dinner hosted by Becky Wright
of Escondido, California in her honor on Feb. 8.
Cynthia was born in Ashtabula, Ohio, and graduated from high school at
Edgewood Senior High School. She and her husband were introduced by
her husband’s cousin Jackey Foreinger. They waited to get married
since he had about a year of duty to fulfill in the Army.
Also visiting her during her illness were two sisters, Celest Knowlton
from La Verne, California and Harvene Thompson from Prescott. Both of
them furnished outstanding moral support.
