| Today's News-Herald, Lake Havasu City, AZ - Posted on March 19, 2018 - Updated on March 21, 2018) After a challenging battle with cancer, Kimberlee Bennett-Norris passed peacefully March 18. She was born Sept. 19, 1978 in California, the daughter of Jan Bennett and Alan Furnal. Kim moved to Lake Havasu City in 1982 and attended Lake Havasu High School, acquiring many fond memories on the lake with friends and family. Kimmy’s soul is difficult to capture within a paragraph. She carried herself with spirit which drew others toward her. Kim’s kind heart and bright personality made others feel at ease when close to her. These attributes made for a great work ethic when Kimmy chose to move into the medical service field. She flourished when working with patients and children, many of which have lasting impressions on their souls. Kim is survived by her husband Kelly Norris, children Ryan and Sierra Norris, mother Jan Bennett, sisters Lisa (Sky) Bennett-Cummins and Cara Rowe, Brother Tony (Tammy) Whitacre and nephews Nicolas Cosentino, Andrew Clark and Branden Cummins, Grandmother Marion Ater, as well as many friends. A celebration of life is planned in the coming weeks. In memorial, the family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations are made to Denise’s Day Charity in honor of Kimberlee.
