| The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Thursday, March 22, 2018, page 5a Deborah Ann Tussing Phillips was born in Mesa, Arizona, on Nov. 24, 1954, to Marie and Glenn Null. She passed away with her family by her side in Prescott, Arizona, on March 12, 2018. Debbie was preceded in death by her biological father, Glenn Null; her dad, Bill Tussing; her daughter, Stacey Barbee; and her niece, Randall Tussing. Debbie leaves behind her mom, Marie Tussing Roller; husband of 28 years, Lozier “Butch” Phillips; children, Shawna Looney, Bill Brannon (Sherry) of Alabama, Casey Barbee of Colorado, Georgia Vigil (Jeremiah) of Surprise, Arizona, Will Phillips (Sara) of New Mexico; sister, Glennda Coats (Ritchie) of Prescott, Arizona; brothers, Buddy Tussing (Jenny) of Pinetop, Arizona, and Randy Tussing (Emmeline) of Las Vegas, Nevada; seven grandchildren, one great- grandson, and numerous nieces and nephews. Debbie enjoyed spending time with her family, playing darts, going to the lake, and spending time with her friends at bingo. Her children and grandchildren were her pride and joy. She will be deeply missed by everyone. No services have been planned, and arrangements have been handled by Hampton Funeral Home.
