| Prescott Journal Miner, Prescott, Arizona Wednesday, December 2, 1914, page 3, column 3 Pneumonia Is The Cause Of Death Hank Hornman, a Santa Fe car repairer, died suddenly at the Mercy hospital yesterday morning at 5:45 o'clock, pneumonia being the cause. Deceased was taken suddenly ill and had been in the hospital but a few days. He leaves a life insurance policy in the Pacific Mutual Life Insurance Company for $1,000 in favor of Mary Wagoner, of Leavenworth, Kansas. Friends of the deceased were busy all day yesterday trying to locate relatives of Hornman, but had not succeeded late in the afternoon. He had many friends about Prescott but not even his fellow workmen know anything about his folks or much about his former life.
