| The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Sunday, March 25, 2018, page 11a Barbara Spangler, 74, born Dec. 9, 1943, in York County, Pennsylvania, to John and Catherine (Latterman) Brown, stepped into the kingdom of heaven on March 16, 2018. Barbara married Barry Spangler in 1962 and was the Youth Director and a Sunday School teacher at the Pleasureville, Pennsylvania, Methodist Church before moving to Prescott Valley, Arizona, in 1978. She was co-owner of Barry’s Angels Secretarial Service, former president of the Prescott Christian Writers Guild, and an ordained minister since 1986. She worked at the Samaritan Village Tower and managed Casa de Pinos before being promoted to a regional manager for RHF. Barbara dedicated her life to living and sharing God’s Word and was a blessing to all that knew her. Barbara is survived by her husband, Barry Spangler; sons, Timothy and Drew Spangler; brothers, Roy and Dean Brown; and sister, Deloris (Brown) Lehr. She was preceded in death by brother, Robert Brown and sister, Dorothy “Sis” (Brown) Dittenhaffer. A celebration of Barbara’s life will be held at Canyon Bible Church, 8582 E. Eastridge Dr., Prescott Valley, Arizona, on Sat., April 7, 2018, at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to either: Child Legacy International, 624 N.
