| The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Tuesday, March 27, 2018, page 6a Jeffrey (Jeff) Scott James, 61, of Eureka, Montana, died March 22, 2018, at his home. He was born on May 16, 1956, in East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, to Grace (Morris) and Don James and was husband to his teenage sweetheart, Rose Mary (Van Why) James, with whom he shared 37 years of marriage. He worked for the Delaware River Joint Toll Bridge Commission in Pennsylvania, Arizona Department of Transportation in Prescott, and the Interbel Telephone Cooperative in Eureka, Montana. Jeff retired in 2013. He enjoyed wildlife, hiking, hunting and was an avid animal lover. He is preceded in death by his mother, Grace. He is survived by his wife, Rose; father, Don; sister, Joni (Jim) Roth; sister-in-law, Naomi Campbell; nieces, Heather Vail and Adrienne (Alvaro) Rodrigues; and numerous cousins. At Jeff’s request, his wife Rose will be honoring his request for no services. Arrangements are by Schnackenberg & Nelson Funeral Home in Eureka.
