| Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home - Lake Havasu City, Arizona - Betty Allene Thompson, 93, passed away March 28, 2006 in Lake Havasu City, AZ. She was born to Robert and Bessie (Hull) Todd on August 22, 1912 in LaKemp, OK. Betty moved to Lake Havasu 16 years ago from Fullerton, CA. She was a past member of T.O.P.S., D.A.R. and the Eastern Star. She loved cars and together with her husband, they restored two antique cars and they also belonged to the Horseless Carriage Club. Betty had a great sense of humor. She loved to read, liked traveling, camping, crossword puzzles and square dancing. She was also a very active member of the church. Betty is survived by her loving family, son, Bruce Albert Thompson Jr. of Spokane, WA; daughters, Betty Ann Shartle of Chattaroy, WA, Billie A Sinek and Barbara (Al) Gonzales, both of Lake Havasu; sister Jean (Ira) Edwards of Colorado City, TX; 14 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Bruce Albert Thompson Sr. A visitation will be held Friday, March 31, 2006, from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at Lietz-Fraze Chapel. Funeral services will take place Saturday, April 1, 2006, 2:00 pm at Lietz-Fraze Chapel. Interment will follow the services at Lake Havasu Memorial Gardens. Pastor Chad Garrison will officiate.
