Ray "the DJ" Kosek, 65, of Prescott Valley, Ariz., born Oct. 26, 1943, in Glencoe, Minn., passed away May 14, 2009, in Prescott, Ariz.

A private cremation will be at Bradshaw Crematory in Prescott Valley.

Arizona Wakelin Bradshaw Chapel assisted the family with final arrangements.
