Alan Leroy Gates, 65, of Prescott, Ariz., born April 18, 1944, in Ventura, Calif., passed away May 16, 2009, in Prescott.

Alan is survived by longtime partner Vicki; daughter Sherry Gates of Prescott, Ariz.; sons Bryan Gates and Guy Leroy Gates, both of California; sisters Sharon Gates of Prescott and Donna Beltran of Prescott Valley; and three grandchildren.

Chino Valley Funeral Home is caring for the family.
