Dwight Mark Redfern passed away at home in Chino Valley, AZ
surrounded by family on Wednesday, April 11, 2018, after a battle
with cancer. Mark was born on November 17, 1959 to Dwight and
Lillian Redfern in Minot, North Dakota. Mark loved spending time
with his family, and also invited his Sonic “kids” into his heart.
He enjoyed watching his boys play sports, and was well-known to the
families of the Chino Valley Cougars baseball team. At home, he was
the grill master and sports authority. His work ethic was second-to-
none, and providing for his family was always his top priority.

He won countless awards for the high standard he maintained at his
restaurant.

Mark is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 29 years Lori,
children Jordan (Emilene), Matthew, Branden, and Joshuah. Mark is
also survived by his mother Lillian Steckman, step-mother Patsy
Redfern, brother Kirk (Pat) and sister Debbie (Bob) Campos, and
numerous other beloved family members.

Mark is preceded in death by his father Dwight.

A Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday, April 17, 2018 at 11
a.m. at Hope Evangelical Lutheran Church, 1010 N Rd 1 E, Chino
Valley, AZ. Arrangements by Chino Valley Funeral Home on Palomino.
