John J. McGuirk, a recent arrival in this city from Winsted, Conn.,

of an illness. His wife was with him to the end.

He was a native of Parraborough, Nova Scotia and was aged about 40
years. He leaves two brothers and a son in that country, and was a
member of the Elks.

Pending the receipt of news as to what disposition to make of the
remains, his body is being held in the city.

Transcriber's note: Mr. McGuirk is buried in an unmarked grave at
the Citizens Cemetery in Prescott, Arizona.
