William McNeil, Well Known Miner, Passes Away In Prescott From Heart
Trouble
William McNeill, on of the best known miner in this county, passed
away Sunday morning after an Illness of only one hour, heart trouble
being the affliction.
He was seen sitting on the curb on Montezuma street at about 7
o'clock, and a friend requested that medical assistance be summoned.
He was then taken to city hall, and in less than one hour afterward
the end came.
The deceased has recently returned to the city from the Senator
section, where he was employed as a miner, and informed
acquaintances that he would return to St. George, Utah, in a short
time to visit a brother and sister.
McNeill enjoyed a splendid name wherever known for his upright
dealing with all. He was conscientious in all transactions, and
with his capability as a miner, enjoyed a splendid name in many
camps where he had been employed for the past ten years.
The body is at Ruffner's and relatives in Utah have been advised of
his death.

the Citizens Cemetery in Prescott, Arizona.
