April 5, 2018, in Prescott, Arizona. 

A Memorial Service with Honors will be held on Friday, April 27, 2018, 
at 12 p.m., at Prescott National Cemetery, Prescott, Arizona.

Affordable Burial & Cremation, LLC of Prescott Valley, Arizona, handled 
all arrangements.
