Jerald “Jerry” Gooch, 77, born March 17, 1941, in Purdin, Missouri, 
died April 31, 2018, in Prescott Valley, Arizona. 

Services will be held on Friday, May 11, 2018, 1-2 p.m., at Ruffner-
Wakelin Bradshaw Chapel, 8480 E. Valley Road, Prescott Valley, Arizona, 
86314, (928) 772-2296. 

Ruffner-Wakelin Funeral Homes and Crematory assisted the family with 
arrangements.
