| The Prescott Courier, Prescott, Arizona Wednesday, July 27, 1972, page 14, column 1 Mrs. Bassett's rites set Services for Mrs. Sopha May Bassett, 89, will be held at the Ruffner Funeral Home on Friday, July 28, at 11 a.m. Rev. John P. Brooke of the First Cong rational Church will officiate. Mrs. Bassett died at Maricopa County Hospital on Tuesday, July 25. She had resided in Phoenix for the past 10 years after moving from Corona, Calif. She was born on Dec. 18, 1882, in Kansas. Survivors include a brother, W. A. Munds of Black Canyon City and four nieces and one nephew. Private interment will be in Mountain View Cemetery after the service. See Also: Arizona Gravestone Photo Project |
