William A. Munds

William A. Munds, 89, a member of a Pioneer Arizona family, died 
Friday, May 30, 1980, in Prescott.

The son of William and Louise (Crose) Munds, he was born March 2, 
1891, in Jerome, and spent his entire life in Arizona.  Mr. Munds 
was the last known descendent of his family for which Munds Park in 
Flagstaff was named.

A retired building contractor, he has lived in Prescott since 1962.  
He is survived by one niece, Flora Vicket of Glendale.

Memorial services will be held ay 1:30 p.m. Thursday, June 5, at the 
Arizona Pioneer's Home Chapel.  Don Walker will officiate.  

Ruffner Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
