Jason Curtis Brady, 33, of Prescott Valley, died May 13, 2007, in Prescott Valley. He was born in Logansport, Ind. 

A private cremation will be held at Bradshaw Crematory in Prescott Valley with a private service to take place in Indiana. 

Arizona Wakelin Bradshaw Chapel assisted the family with arrangements.
