| Weekly Journal Miner, Prescott, Arizona Wednesday, November 6, 1918, page 4, column 7 Mrs. Cora Dickson Dies At Kirkland From Influenza (From Thursday's Daily) News of the death from influenza on Monday of Mrs. Cora Dickson, at Kirkland valley, was learned yesterday, which occasioned sorrow in this community where she was so well known. She contracted this malady while visiting with friends at Wickenburg and when the first symptoms appeared she returned home succumbing in less than twenty-four hours after becoming stricken. She has a mother residing at Kirkland and other relatives in this county, being a native of Yavapai.
