HANES, Carl Ransom

Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona Sunday, May 24, 1959, page 29, column 4 Carl R. Hanes Prescott - Funeral services for Carl R. Hanes, 60, who died at a local hospital Wednesday, will be conducted at 2:30 p.m. tomorrow at the Ruffner Funeral Home. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Mr. Hanes was born in Wadesville, Indiana, and had lived in Arizona 30 years and Prescott 20 years. He was a painter and decorator. Survivors include his wife, Cora, three sons, Oris, Tempe, and George and William, both with the armed services; two daughters, Mrs. Cora Redfearn, Winslow, and Mrs. Helen Bryant, Prescott, and 14 grandchildren. Burial will be in Mountain View Cemetery.
