| Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona Thursday, May 3, 1962, page 34, column 1 Funeral services were conducted yesterday in Fresno, Calif., for Edward J. (Ned) Sanders, 82, a native Arizonan, who died unexpectedly Saturday in Fresno, where he lived. Burial was in Fresno. Mr. Sanders was born in Yeager Canyon. He was reared and educated in Yavapai County and lived in Prescott until he moved to California in the early 1920's. He is survived by his wife, Clara, three sons, Elmo of Ontario, Calif., Herbert and John, both of Fresno; a daughter, Mrs. Mary Quick of Fresno; two sisters, Mrs. Lena Wells of Prescott and Mrs. Louise Taylor of Costa Mesa, Calif.; eight grandchildren, and a number of great-grandchildren. |
