James W. Pirtle

James W. Pirtle, 69, a Santa Fe Railroad conductor from 1942 to 1964,
died August 16, 1985, at Phoenix General Hospital in Phoenix.

Mr. Pirtle, of Phoenix, was born in Trousdale, Okla., and moved to
Arizona 51 years ago.

Survivors include daughters, Hazel Flam and Geneva Jordon; sons,
James, Geore, and Carl; two sisters; a brother; nine grandchildren;
and eight great-grandchildren.

Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Resthaven Park, 6290
W. Northern, Glendale. Greer Chapel and Funeral Home made
arrangements.
