SHROPE, Richard (Dick)

Mohave Miner, Kingman, Arizona Territory January 22, 1898, page 3, column 4 Richard Shrope, an old resident of Prescott, died suddenly at the Sherman House a few days ago. He was 61 years of age and had been an old soldier. He was highly respected by a wide circle of acquaintances in the Mountain City. Our fellow townsman, A. J. Shrope, was a brother of the deceased. Transcriber's note: Mr. Shrope is buried at the Citizens Cemetery in Prescott, Arizona.
