| Arizona Republic (Phoenix, AZ) Friday, April 20, 2018 Theresa C. (Madie) Meyer (1916-2018) Sun City, AZ--Theresa C. Meyer (Madie) of Sun City, Arizona Passed away 1/9/18. She was born in The Bronx, N.Y. on 3/20/1916 and moved with her husband and children to Wickenburg where they, along with Madie's father Charles Minter, constructed and ran the Sun Valley Motel. Later, they moved to the Phoenix area where they owned and operated Meyer's Air Conditioning and Heating. Upon retirement, they moved to Sun City where Madie resided for 40 Years. She was preceded in death by her husband Paul J. Meyer and oldest son Paul Richard Meyer, Atty. at law, but is survived by two sons, James R. Meyer (Jim) of Phoenix and Charles R. Meyer (Bob) of Paradise Valley. She enjoyed a long and healthy life playing golf, traveling with friends and living independently in her home until shortly before her passing.
