Laurette Beatrice (Lori) Morissette, 92, passed away in Lake Havasu
City June 2, 2018. She was born to Evarist and Philomene Berube in
Manchester, New Hampshire on Oct. 19, 1925.
Lori married her love, Leonide "Leo" Morissette, on July 4, 1946. They
were blessed with 34 years together before Leo went to be with the
Lord. She worked in mills in New Hampshire and they owned a restaurant
called Maple Willow.
Lori enjoyed bowling, bingo, square dancing, card games, and the
occasional trip to Laughlin. She was a member of Our Lady of the Lake
Roman Catholic Church. She belonged to the Elks Lodge and a bowling
league.
Lori is preceded in death by her husband Leo Morissette, parents
Evarist and Philomene (Binette) Berube, siblings Leonard, Aurore,
Henry, Gerard, Pauline, Adelard, Aldea and Robert, and her good friend
Carmen Noto.
She is survived by her daughter Denise (John) Howard, brother Roger
Berube, sister Doris Proulx and her granddaughter Kristy Howard.
Services were entrusted to the care of Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home.
