LEE, Robert Elmer

Published in Today's News Herald on May 24, 2018 - Lake Havasu City, Arizona - Robert Elmer Lee passed away at the age of 90 in Lake Havasu City, Arizona on May 21, 2018. He was born on March 12, 1928 in Galia County, Ohio. Robert enlisted in the United States Navy at the age of 17 during WWII. After honorably discharging from the Navy he went on to enlist in the United States Air Force from which he retired. Robert continued his life of service to others and volunteered in many capacities throughout his life. He was recognized with the Lifetime Achievement National Volunteer Award in 2011. He was a member of the Anglers United Club and the Lake Havasu Stamp and Coin Club. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Hospice of Havasu. A funeral service will be held at Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home on Saturday, May 26, 2018 at 1:00 pm. Services were placed in the care of Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home.
