Manuel was born December 8, 1971 in Wickenburg, Arizona. He attended schools locally and later began working in construction. Manuel is survived by his mother Diane Smith of Wickenburg and brothers, Frank Lockett and Louis Urquides. Graveside services will be held on Friday, June 8, 2018 at 8:00 AM at the Wenden Cemetery.
