| Weekly Journal-Miner, Prescott, Arizona Wednesday, August 27, 1919, page 3, column 6 (From Saturday's Daily) Body Of Ralph Thomas To Be Buried Here The body of Ralph H. Thomas, aviator machinist, who was killed in a collision between a seapland and an army airplane at Cocosolo, in the Panama Canal Zone, will arrive in Prescott today, having been sent home by the naval authorities for interment. Thomas' mother lives in Prescott, and the funeral, which will be conducted by Lester Ruffner's mortuary chapel next Tuesday, will be attended by many friends, including members of the American Legion. Thomas enlisted in the navy the day the United States declared war on Germany, and on account of his ability as a mechanic was assigned to duty with a naval airplane squadron.
