Clarence M. Arthur, 84, who had been in real estate sales locally, died March 10, at Boswell Memorial Hospital, Sun City.

Arthur was born in Texas and moved to Arizona 39 years ago from Wichita, Kan.

Survivors include his wife, Luella; daughter, Electra Filby and two grandchildren.

Services were conducted at graveside and interment at Double Butte Cemetery in Tempe.
