Gene D. Negri

Lake Havasu City, Arizona -

Gene D. Negri, of Lake Havasu City, AZ passed away on July 14, 2018 at
the age of 82 surrounded by loved ones.

Gene was born August 28, 1936 to Thomas John and Jewelle Brown in
Douglas, AZ. He graduated from Culver City High School, CA with the
class of 1955. Gene owned the Red Garder Steakhouse & Saloon in
Oregon.

Gene married the love of his life, Renate Maschler, December 5, 1964
in Pacific Palisades, CA. After living in California, they moved to
Oregon, but relocated to Arizona for the last several years.

Gene served in the Air Force for 6 years. He was proud to be involved
in numerous community institutions. Gene had been a member of the
American Legion for 41 years, Elks Lodge for 40 years, Lions for 19
years, Moose for 15 years and the Eagles for 11 years. Gene was also
elected president of the Lions Club for the Illinois Valley Lion Club
of Oregon twice.

Gene enjoyed golfing, barbequing and playing dominoes. He truly loved
any and all activities that involved spending time with his family.
Gene is survived by his wife Renate Negri, daughters Toni Schubkegel,
Dawn Negri/Arganda and Sheri Carroll, his brother Don Negri, his 15
grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.

A Funeral Service will be held in Gene's honor Friday, July 27, 2018,
9:00AM at Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home with a Graveside Service to follow
at Lake Havasu Memorial Gardens.

Services were entrusted to the care of Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home.
