| Published in Today's News Herald on Aug. 1, 2018 - Lake Havasu City, Arizona - George Arturo Perez Sepulveda passed away on July 26, 2018 at the age of 66 in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. He was born to Charles and Rosario (Perez) Sepulveda on September 2, 1951 in Mexico City, Mexico. George was a successful and motivated man. He earned dual degrees in engineering and architecture at University of California at Irvine and went on to become the founder of Sepulveda Commercial Development, which celebrated its 40th year of business in 2018. He worked hard and enjoyed life. He was a collector of Harley Davidson motorcycles and Hot Rod cars. He was a pilot, fisherman, skydiver and skier, just to name a few of his activities. He was a proud member of the Over the Hill Gang and the Havasu Deuces. He loved his family and enjoyed spending time with them. George is preceded in death by his father; Charles Abarca Sepulveda and his brother Carlos Abarca Sepulveda, Jr. He is survived by his loving wife; India Sepulveda, mother; Rosario Sepulveda, sons; Scott Clemens, Daniel Sepulveda and Jacob Sepulveda, brothers; Tony, Henry, Ed and Jimi Sepulveda, sisters; Mary Esther Alcaraz and Martha Ochoa, and his six grandchildren; Kelci, Colt, Ayden, Delaney, Piper Rain and Harper Ruby. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Hospice of Havasu. Services were entrusted to the care of Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home.
