Margaret "Pat" (Worsdell) Wickhorst

Margaret "Pat" Worsdell Wickhorst, 80, passed away Thursday afternoon, Oct. 28, 1993, after fighting a long battle with lung disease.

Pat was born Dec. 9, 1912, in Lewistown, the daughter of Arthur and Henrietta Worsdell. She was raised in Lewistown and graduated from Fergus High School in 1930. In 1938, Pat married Jim Hullquist, and together they moved to Salt Lake City, Utah. There they enjoyed skiing, mountain climbing and the out of doors.

Pat returned to Montana where she worked as an undersheriff in Fergus County and for the Montana Education Department in Helena. In 1947, she married Detlav Wickhorst in Lewistown. Together they enjoyed hunting and fishing in the wilderness of Montana. Pat and "D" retired to Wickenburg, Ariz., and enjoyed the warm sunny south.

Pat is survived by her son, David Wickhorst of Billings; her sister, Marjorie in California; brother, John; grandsons, David D. and Shawn. She was preceded in death by her husband, "D" Wickhorst.

A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, Nov. 1, 1993, at Dahl Funeral Chapel.
