Eugenio DeLuca was born March 16, 1943, in Calabria, Italy, and died
May 22, 2018 in Prescott Valley, Arizona. He was the fourth child
born to Achille DeLuca and Rosina Turco DeLuca.

Gino arrived in the United States with his cousins in 1962 and made
his way to Los Angeles. In LA he found work in restaurants, where he
made his way from dishwasher up to chef to deli owner. It was there
that he met and married his love, Donna. Soon after, their son,
Kevin, was born.

Then in 1990 Gino, Donna and Kevin moved to Arizona to realize
Gino’s dream of opening his own restaurant, DeLuca’s Italian
Restaurant in Prescott Valley.
Gino was preceded in eternal life by his loving parents; sister,
Maria; brother, Joe; his beloved wife, Donna; and his only son,
Kevin. Gino is survived by his eldest sister, Melina Coletta; his
nieces and nephews, as well as other family members and many
friends. Gino was loved by the many people he met during his life.
His passion was always his family, his life-long friends and the
cooking that he always prepared when anyone came to his home. His
love was unconditional, loving each of us for who we are.

Visitation for Gino will be at ABC Memorial Chapel at 8939 E. Valley
Road, Prescott Valley, from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday, June 1, 2018, with a
rosary recitation commencing at 6 p.m. Mass services for Gino will
be held at St. Germaine’s Catholic Church in Prescott Valley at 11
a.m. Saturday, June 2, 2018, followed by internment at Heritage
Memorial Park in Dewey, Arizona, and then a luncheon at St.
Germaine’s Catholic Church following the burial.
