Prescott Valley, Arizona. 

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, June 2, 2018, 1-2 p.m., at 
Ruffner-Wakelin Bradshaw Chapel, 8480 E. Valley Road, Prescott Valley, 
Arizona, 86314. 

Ruffner-Wakelin Funeral Homes and Crematory assisted the Family with 
arrangements.
