The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona Friday, February 21, 1992, page C2, column 2 David Allen Ewing, 81, of Chino Valley, a retired packer for a paper mill, died Feb. 18, 1992. He was born in Maryland. Survivors include his brothers, J. H. and Russell; three nieces; and three grandnephews. Services will be held in Elkton, Md. Memory Chapel Mortuary.
