He was born March 14, 1921 in Portland, Oregon to Lewis and Gladys Johnson. He was educated in the Portland school system. He was co owner of Clements Camper Sales. He loved to fish, traveling to Alaska, Panama, Bahamas and many other places. He lost his wife of 47 years in February 2014. He is survived by his son Neil Rowan & daughter in law Micki of Wickenburg, Arizona, 3 grandsons, 6 great grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
