| Published in Today's News Herald on Aug. 21, 2018 - Lake Havasu City, Arizona - Mary Cline, 69, passed away Aug. 16, 2018 in Lake Havasu City, AZ as the result of a heart attack. She was born on July 22, 1949 in Yankton, South Dakota. Her family moved to Garden Grove in Southern California in 1962. Mary was a 1967 graduate of Pacifica High School in Garden Grove. She was a devoted wife of 51 years to Michael Cline, whom she married on June 10, 1967. She was a mother to Correen, Brandi and Danielle. She was an assembly line worker at Levelor blinds for 10 years, then finished her career at Orange Coast Title in Tustin, California as an administrative assistant. Mary was incredibly talented and crafty. She was known to sew clothing, quilts and Halloween costumes for her children and grandchildren. She discovered decorating gourds and enjoyed Southwestern decor. She was known for her off-color sense of humor and feisty personality. She enjoyed hanging out with her friends at her local watering hole, McKee's. Mary is loved by many and will be missed by friends and family alike. Mary was grandmother to Michael, Hayley, Courtney, Dylan and Cody, and great-grandmother to Aiden and Eyliah. Mary was preceded in death by her daughter, Brandi Torkelson (Cline), parents William and Dorothy Remington and her brother Donald Remington.
