BLACK CANYON CITY
--Services for Roy Scrogin, 74, who died Thursday in a Prescott hospital, will be at 2 p.m. Monday in Black Canyon City community center. Friends may call from 2 to 9 p.m. today in Hansen Mortuary, 8314 N. Seventh St., Phoenix.

Mr. Scrogin, a former Civil Service employe at Castle Air Force Base, was a member of the Community Church and Lions Club here.

Survivors include his wife, Lora; and three sisters.
