| Arizona Republic (Phoenix, AZ) Thursday, June 5, 1975, p. C-10 Services for Navy CWO 3 Samuel E. Fleming, 36, will be at 2 p.m. Friday in Black Canyon City Baptist Church. Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. today in Hansen Mortuary, 8314 N. Seventh St. Mr. Fleming was killed while on leave March 20 aboard an Air Force plane which crashed in a snowbank near Seattle. He moved from Phoenix in October and was serving on the U.S. Coral Sea. Survivors include his wife, Patricia; children, Paul, Susan, Deborah, Patty Ann and Jane; parents, Mr. and Mrs. Samuel Fleming; two brothers and four sisters. See Also: Find A Grave |
