Sharon Lea (Jones) Starkey

Sharon was born on May 24, 1949. Sharon worked at Blue Seal linens
supply in Pomona, California for 11 ½ years. She also worked for GTE
for 29 years. She was married in 1991 to Gene Starkey and spent 26
wonderful years with him in blessed marriage.

She is survived by her husband Gene, sister Carol Brown, Nephews Doug
McBride, Rob McBride, Gary Crawford. Her step-children: Terry Cox,
Nick Starkey, Tony Starkey. She was preceded in death by her Father,
Robert D. Jones: Mother, Helen Jones; half-brother William D. Bill
Crawford, and her step-daughter Tammy Starkey.

Sharon is a member of the Oro Grande Church of Christ, Lake Havasu
City, AZ. Sharon loved to be proactive in her church performing weekly
duties.

She loved to travel with her husband in their motorhome especially
during the summer heat.

Jesus called her home; no more pain and she is resting in peace with
Jesus her lord and savior.

Sharon will be missed as a loving wife, a friend, a Christian, and a
wonderful step-mother.

Her services will be held at Oro Grande Church of Christ on Saturday,
September 29, 2018 at 11:00am with a potluck to immediately follow.
Services were placed in the care of Mohave Memorial Lake Havasu
